Free West County Fix-it Day

(Open to all Franklin County residents.)

Saturday, June 27th, 2026 11am - 2pm

The Franklin County Solid Waste District is hosting a Fix-It day on Saturday, June 27th at the Conway Grammar School, 24 Fournier Rd.

Local fixers will be on hand. Every effort will be made to repair your item(s).

Bring:

• Lamps an dhousehold electrical items
• Wooden items like chairs and stools
• Items needing to be glued
• Knives to sharpen (3 per household)
• Garden tools to sharpen (2 per household)
• Mending (sewing); darning; wool repair
• More repair stations may be added!

We may need to limit the number or repairs per participant based on the number of participants waiting for a repair slot. Fixers will do their best to repair items. Some items may not be fixable. Fixers and organizers will not be responsible for damages.
