The Trustees called a last-minute meeting to approve the energy improvements plan put forward with urgent deadline by the Energy Commission. The Trustees agreed unanimously to proceed and submitted a number of questions and concerns to the EC after the meeting regarding the issues of the transition between first floor wall and revealed second story walls; chimney repair/cap & seal; finish treatment for the gable end walls and ceiling; questions over whose funds will cover the costs of finishing the painting and refinishing the floors; heating vent cleaning and protection.
Dec. 10, 2018 phone call with Energia CEO answered most of these questions to satisfaction. Funding source for painting and floors still to be determined.
