• Feedback from Selectboard & Finance Committee on FY19 COLA, and request for a policy on who receives COLA prior to FY20 budget cycle
• Feedback and questions from Selectboard on Longevity Bonus for non-full-time employees
• Review job description of “Administrative Clerk”
• Equity of Sick Days – work toward issuing in hourly units instead of days due to variation in employee work schedules

New Business

• Designate Person to Hear Appeals of Anti-Harassment Investigations
