New Business

Proposed Sale of Leaf Joy, LLC to Mello Gill, LLC
- Introduction of Matthew Richman, CEO, Mello Cannabis and Olivia Ellis, General Manager, Leaf Joy
- Request to approve an amendment of the existing Host Community Agreement (HCA) between Town of Gill and Leaf Joy. The amendment assigns the HCA to Mello Gill, LLC
Annual Committee Member & Other Appointments for Fiscal Year 2027, effective July 1, 2026
Wage Compensation Plan
- Adopt new wage scale (6 grades, 10 steps, annual step change) as recommended by Personnel Committee & including 3% COLA approved by Town Meeting
- Approve placement of employees on new wage scale effective July 1, 2026

- Appointment – Logan Caron as a Firefighter through 6/30/27 contingent upon receipt of satisfactory results from a recent medical evaluation
