1. Approve the minutes of the meeting held on December 11, 2025.
2. Treasurer’s Report and Business
Budget account as of December 11, 2025 and January 20, 2026: $703.80
No expenses this month.
Expected expenses will include the cost for two years of Gill school pictures, which we have received, and GHC’s share of the cost of the outdoor sign soon to be mounted in front of the building ($ ), as well as expenses for new displays, e.g. magnets for Room 2 bulletin boards.
Donation account as of December 11, 2025 and January 20, 2026: $4,744.98
Since the last meeting, one order has been received for a copy of the Riverside book,
and the book has been delivered, but the payment hasn’t come yet.
3. Old and continuing business
A. Letter to Selectboard; research into and updates on RMB repairs (Bob; Kit)
B. Update from the 1676 Steering Committee (the new form of the Battlefield
Advisory Board) (Kit: updates; locations for more signs needed in Gill)
C. To reschedule: meeting on answering inquiries to GHC according to new regs.
