- Review of Minutes from 8/25/25, 9/22/25, 10/20/25, 12/1/25
- Update – Cielito Lindo enforcement orders for grease interceptor
- Deadline for “significant progress” was 11/28/25
- Warning lettering issued 12/23/25 with invitation to tonight’s meeting

- Equipment/Building updates
- Recent electricity brown out – generator batteries
- Noisy pump motor
- Pump Station roof
- Sewer Commitment 2026-003 – bill date of October 22, 2025 with a total of $66,228.29
- Delinquent Sewer Accounts as of 6/30/25 to be Liened to Real Estate Bills
- 8 accounts totaling $17,861.79 of sewer charges and $110.00 of fees
- Interest through 1/8/26 is $2,157.95 and will be updated when liens are placed
- Liens to be placed when RE bills are generated; list will be updated for any payments received
- Schedule next meeting (Monday, February 9th?)
