Known appointments:

7:10 PM - a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering a petition from John DeSotle of Arrow Auto Sales to remove prohibitions on washing vehicles contained in an existing Special Permit for automobile sales at 235 French King Highway. This permit is required under Section 2C-7k of the Gill Zoning Bylaws. The property is owned by Michael Vining, and is identified as Assessors’ Map 226, Lot 24 in the Residential-Agricultural (R-A) District. (Votes may be taken.)

8:00 PM - a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering a petition from Paul Marguet for an appeal for dimensional variance from Section 3 of the Gill Zoning Bylaws so as to permit installation of a swimming pool that does not meet the required side setback. The property is owned by Mikaela & Paul Marguet, located at 33 Ben Hale Road, and identified as Assessors’ Map 207, Lot 3 in the Residential-Agricultural (R-A) District. (Votes may be taken.)
