Known appointments: 7:15 PM - a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering a petition from Nartowicz Tree Service for a Special Permit to operate an indoor & outdoor retail store/showroom at 444 Main Road, and to erect a 5 foot x 5 foot freestanding sign. A Special Permit is required under Sections 2C-7i, 2F, and13C of the Gill Zoning Bylaws. This property is owned by Daniel Flagg and is identified as Assessors’ Map 204, Lot 10 in the Residential-Agricultural (R-A) District.
