  • FY24 Budget Process
    • Develop timeline and select meeting dates
    • Possible dates to propose to Montague FinCom and Selectboard for GMRSD meeting(s)
    • Discuss possible guidance to departments for preparing budget requests
  • Possible Nov 7th meeting with Montague & Six Town Regional Planning Board – impact on regular Gill Selectboard meeting for that night (start later or move to Wednesday?)
  • Fire Department Brush Truck (capital request carried over from last year) – prices continue to escalate and orders for the chassis (2023 Ford Super Duty F-450)will only be accepted from Nov 7 – Nov 10, 2022
  • Selectboard – review & approve grant ideas for FY23 MIIA Risk Management Grant
  • Topics not anticipated within the 48 hour posting requirements
  • Adjournment
