Update on FirstLight recreation settlement talks - conflict between the Open Meeting Law and the meeting ground rules requiring confidentiality; other ways to participate

New Business

Highway Department
- Promotion Recommendation for Chris Radzuik from step 5A to 5B & 2 wks vacation
- Request to extend pavement by 300 feet on south end of Hoe Shop Road to improve drainage and increase safety for plowing – Chapter 90 project, estimated cost of $9,703.13
Resignation – Lynn Tomb from the Historical Commission effective 9/7/21
Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event – Saturday, September 25th
- Memorandum of Understanding between Town and Solid Waste District
- Budget for Event – recommend $1,050 ($519 from town FY22 budget and balance from Recycling Dividend Program (RDP) grant)
Invoice from Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Regional Dog Shelter for daily board for two dogs from 91 Main Road, 8/1 – 8/31, $3,100
