Gill Elementary School Floor Replacement Project – report on any new information or updates
Highway Truck – Followup from June 26^th Town Meeting approval of Article 17 (purchase of new truck) and Article 18 ($30,000 to repair 2009 Sterling)

New Business

Town Hall Basement Wetness Remediation – Next steps following June 26^th Town Meeting approval of Article 20 (Additional $20,000 to project account, new balance of $53,418)
Notice of Intent to Sell & Right of First Refusal – 6.51 acres owned by James & Sonja McComb, land is on Dole Road, Map 208, Lot 11.2
Special Auction Permit – Jerrold Wood, Auctioneer for an auction of motorcycles, parts, and tools at Green River Powersports, 1 Main Road, on Saturday, July 10^th
Appointment – John Ward, 4 Grove St, as the Selectboard’s Representative to the Franklin Regional Planning Board through June 30, 2022
