COVID-19 Topics
- Updates from Gill’s Emergency Management Team
- Police Department – Discussion of continued 3rd fulltime officer for COVID-related coverage
- Amendment to Agreement for Services with FRCOG/Cooperative Public Health Service (CPHS) for continued Public Health COVID Response through December 31, 2021
- Approval of Vendor Warrant payment of $3,879.48 to FRCOG for CPHS COVID Response

New Business
- Police Department Purchase Order - $1,854 to extend factory warranty on 3 tablet computers used in police cruisers. Vendor is Advanced Electronic Design, Inc.
- Fire Department Purchase Order – replace 1987 countertop in radio room & complete plywood deck floor in storage area above offices and bathrooms (vendor & $ amount should be known by start of the meeting)
- Gill Cultural Council FY21 State Grant Award - $4,900
- Chapter 90 Funding for FY22 - $147,099 (informational only)
- Appointment – Tracy Dowd of 253 Main Rd to the Energy Commission thru 6/30/21
- Other business as may arise after the agenda has been posted.
