NOTICE OF VARIANCE PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Gill Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday August 16, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gill Town Hall for the purpose of considering a petition from Steven Sinkoff for a variance of sections 2E and 3 of the Gill Zoning Bylaws, to allow an existing carport to remain, which does not meet the required setback.  This property is owned by Steven Sinkoff and is located at 21 South Cross Road, Assessors’ Map 217, Lot 29 in the Residential-Agricultural (R-A) District.
