Life & Art of Robert Strong Woodward
The Slate Memorial Library will host a presentation by the Friends of Robert Strong Woodward on Wednesday, February 8th at 7:00pm (backup date of Feb. 15th in case of bad weather). Woodward, who lived from 1885 to 1957, was a local, wheelchair-bound artist whose landscape paintings were bought by the likes of George Burns, Jack Benny, Robert Frost, and Oliver Wendell Holmes.
